Galleria d'arte a Milano: Spazio sito al piano terra e al piano seminterrato con una bellissima area verde pubblica riqualificata di recente (Google non ha ancora aggiornato l'anteprima della strada).
Galleria molto luminosa con luce naturale in tutte le ore della giornata (tripla esposizione da ovest a nord ad est).
Piano Terra: La galleria si compone di 2 spazi grandi con 3 vetrine molto grandi di cui solo una da nel cortile interno, le altre sono fronte strada (più altre 2 vetrate/porte d'ingresso dello spazio). Sono presenti anche altre aree di passaggio, dov'è possibile proseguire l'allestimento e permettono l'accesso ad un piccolo angolo cucina (utile a tenere fresche le bevande) e al bagno.
Piano Seminterrato: Il piano accessibile grazie alla scala e all'ascensore si compone con un ingresso e un'ampia sala.
La location è molto accattivante e nasce come spazio espositivo di alto livello: viene proposto per per showroom / esposizioni / mostre d'arte e design / eventi / shooting / meeting / presentazioni di libri / aperitivi oltre che come spazio scrivanie / book fotografici / spazio per workshop / laboratori / riunioni.
Nella sala principale è possibile contenere 35 sedie e nell'altro ambiente 20 sedie, le stanze non sono isolate per il suono. Approfittando dell’area verde davanti alla galleria e dell’area parcheggi, abbiamo organizzato eventi anche con 1000 persone.
Lo spazio è stato progettato con un sistema d’illuminazione utilizzato per gallerie d’arte e spazi espositivi con faretti e spot ad hoc.
Completano la location: la domotizzazione dell'ingresso (saracinesche, parzialmente per le luci e i lucernari a vasistas).
Portineria al mattino, wifi, servizi interni, possibilità di carico e scarico nel cortile.
Possibilità di allestire con i fili trasparenti o forando le pareti.

Spazio coworking: La galleria dispone di una stanzetta privata, chiusa. Nella stanza è presente, una scrivania, un armadio, un letto (per massaggi e terapia).
Art Gallery in Milan: Space located on the ground floor and in the basement with a beautiful public green area recently redeveloped (Google has not yet updated the street preview).
Very bright gallery with natural light at all hours of the day (triple exposure from west to north to east).
Ground Floor: The gallery consists of 2 large spaces with 3 very large windows of which only one overlooks the internal courtyard, the others face the street (plus 2 other windows/entrance doors to the space). There are also other passage areas, where it is possible to continue the set-up and allow access to a small kitchen corner (useful for keeping drinks cool) and the bathroom.
Basement Floor: The floor accessible thanks to the staircase and the elevator consists of an entrance and a large room.
The location is very attractive and was created as a high-level exhibition space: it is proposed for showrooms / exhibitions / art and design exhibitions / events / shootings / meetings / book presentations / aperitifs as well as a desk space / photo books / space for workshops / laboratories / meetings.
In the main room it can hold 35 chairs and in the other room 20 chairs, the rooms are not soundproofed. Taking advantage of the green area in front of the gallery and the parking area, we have organized events with up to 1000 people.
The space was designed with a lighting system used for art galleries and exhibition spaces with ad hoc spotlights and spots.
The location is completed by: the home automation of the entrance (roller shutters, partially for the lights and skylights with vasistas).
Concierge in the morning, wifi, internal services, possibility of loading and unloading in the courtyard.
Possibility of setting up with transparent wires or drilling the walls.
