La location si affaccia su una piccola area verde pubblica recentemente riqualificata, che valorizza ulteriormente il contesto e l’esperienza degli ospiti.
Oltre al verde, sono presenti dei parcheggi gratuiti nelle immediate vicinanze e un ampio marciapiede antistante, che in passato ha consentito di ospitare eventi all’aperto con un’affluenza fino a 1.000 persone.

Exhibition space located on the ground floor (90 sqm) and lower ground floor (40 sqm), with a 20 sqm mezzanine used as storage.
The venue overlooks a small, recently redeveloped public green area, enhancing both the setting and the overall guest experience.
In addition to the green space, there are free parking spaces nearby and a wide sidewalk directly in front of the venue, which has previously allowed the hosting of outdoor events with attendance of up to 1,000 people.

Quotation Details
The base quotation includes exclusive use of the ground floor only.
Any additional requests — including use of the lower ground floor, storage/mezzanine, or additional materials and equipment — will result in a revised quotation based on the specific services required.
The standard quotation includes installation without drilling into the walls, using transparent hanging systems.
Should wall drilling be required, the quotation will be adjusted accordingly based on the specific installation needs.
